Brigg Town Council is justifiably proud of the Angel Suite, which was officially opened in 1995, following the final phase of renovations to the old Angel Hotel.
The Town Council Office is located in the basement of the Angel Suite, but the main function of the building is to provide Brigg with a Community Centre which lends itself to any type of function. The building is also regularly used by a number of local organisations such and on Monday afternoons there is an open session for anyone who would like to play Indoor Short Mat Bowls. Just turn up and play for a small fee of £2.50 per person.
There is a large hall on the upper floor (still known as the ballroom from it’s days as the Angel Hotel Ballroom), a mid sized lounge/meeting room on the lower floor.
Prices to hire the building are very reasonable, and comparable with other Village Halls in North Lincolnshire. The building is fully accessible for people who have mobility problems, as there is a lift that can accommodate a wheelchair to serve all levels.
Special Rate Agreed for Leisure / Art / Recreation Sessions
£27.50 for three hours – anyone interested in hiring the hall for this type of session, please contact the clerk.
The building is managed by the Property and Services Committee of Brigg Town Council:

Booking Secretary
Mrs J Woollard (Clerk to the Council)
