SHARE STREET

Share Street is the new on-line community to assist everyone involved in working with children and families, and will become an invaluable tool and source of information for you to access resources, and to Share! your vision / experiences / knowledge /success with others throughout the country.

The Joint 3B’s Project (Brigg Town Council / Barnetby le Wold Parish Council / Broughton Town Council), which employs street leaders to work ‘out on the street’ with young people between 12-19 years old is one of this year’s seven pilot projects for the Children’s Workforce Development Council Share! Programme, and is featured on SHARE STREET

The over riding consensus of everyone at the conference to launch SHARE STREET is that the issues facing children and young people in our communities, and the problems faced by some families, should be addressed at all levels, and it is not good enough to simply ‘pass the book’ .

So please take time to visit SHARE STREET  - move in - start chatting to others who may be able to help you with a problem in your community, and share your ideas and knowledge with a community that is facing a problem that you have already overcome.
